This week's Construction & COVID-19 video update identifies that a further 214 suspended sites have reopened this week. Which means that three-quarters of initially suspended sites have now restarted.

And the planning pipeline has recovered more dramatically, compared to recent weeks too, with 1,558 planning applications a day being made this week – up 28% from last week, which is just 1% below the average seen earlier this year before the lockdown came into effect, which is a really encouraging indicator for the future pipeline of planned projects.
