Tenders returned for £82m road improvements

Tenders have now been returned for the £82 million road improvements for the Highways Agency on the A160/A180. Works are expected to commence June 2017 and be carried out over a period of 35 months. Works will include improved access to the Port of Immingham by adding capacity and improving road safety on the A160/A180. Works will relieve congestion and improve journey time reliability on A160; upgrade single carriageway to modern dual carriageway standard including improvements to junctions along A160.
