Tenders have been returned to Muse Developments for the construction of a ten storey building with 77 apartments at land off Shudehill in Manchester.
Work for the £9 million scheme will also include a commercial unit of the ground floor.
A contractor is expected to be appointed late October 2012 with works starting in March 2013.
