Bam wins Jamie Oliver development in King's Cross

Bam Construction has won a contract to refurbish the Fish and Coal buildings at King's Cross.

Tenders returned for relief road

Tenders were returned on Monday 24th November 2014 for the £800 million M4 Relief Road in Newport, Gwent. The Welsh Government will use an early contractor involvement (ECI) procurement route for the M4 relief road.

Work starts £40m development

Balfour Beatty has now started on site with enabling works with the Barons Quay development in Northwich. The £40 million scheme for Cheshire West & Chester Council has been designed by Broadway Malyan Ltd and will include over 35,000 sqm of retail, leisure and residential units.
