The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham is currently inviting applications to tender for a development partner for the regeneration of Gascoigne Estate in Barking.
The final date for the receipt of requests to participate is 5th March, 2012. Work for the £200 million scheme could include up to 1,000 residential units. Work is expected to start on site in March 2014.
