Muse Developments has been appointed as development partner by Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council for their £145 million development known as Grand Central in Stockport. The development will comprise construction of a 130-bedroom 5 storey hotel, up to 206 apartments over 15 storeys, restaurants, drinking establishments and retail units.
The project is also to include office space, 1500 car parking spaces and remodelling of existing bowling alley, cinema and swimming pool. Outline plans have been submitted and are currently awaiting a decision.
