Dumfries and Galloway Housing Partnership wish to establish a repairs and maintenance contract. Work comprises a repair and maintenance to Dumfries and Galloway Housing Partnerships stock of 10,300 housing units, including Void repairs.
The scope of works include 24/7 responsive repairs and delivery throughout a rural region covering some 6,500 square km. The contract period is fixed term of 5 years from the 1st April 2013.
The value of the anticipated works are in the region of £5.5 million per annum.
