Contractor awarded £200m housing framework

Sanctuary Housing Association has awarded Graham Construction part of it's £200 million Main Contractor Framework in Scotland.

We are advised that eight other companies have been successful, however, the full list is yet to be announced.

Graham has already started construction on five sites:

• 38 Houses - Ardler Site 6A,
• 22 Houses - Ardler Site 6B,
• 14 Houses & 7 Flats - Ainslie Road, Cumbernauld Phase 1,
• 37 Houses at Ainslie Road, Cumbernauld Phase 2, and
• 80 Residential Units, former school site off the Priesthill Road, Glasgow.
