Allied London £73m No 1 Spinningfields scheme goes to Bam Construct

Bam Construct has won a major £73m mixed-use commercial contract in Manchester from first-time client Allied London.

The contractor will design and build No 1 Spinningfields, the former site of Quay House in the city’s business district.
