McLaren continues London surge with £22m Resolution deal

McLaren has continued its winning streak in London with a £22m mixed-use development deal for Resolution Property. The contractor has been appointed to Resolution Property’s Ampersand scheme at 180 Wardour Street. The Ampersand project is a refurbishment of an existing mixed-use office block and will include four storeys of office space, aimed at occupiers from London’s creative sector, with an additional two floors of high-specification residential space, including a combination of duplex and single-storey apartments, each with terraces providing views over Oxford Street.
