A detailed planning application has been submitted for a £20 million scheme at the Central Retail Park in Manchester for client Henderson UK Retail Warehouse Fund. Designed by Hadfield Cawkwell Davidson, the scheme will include demolition and the construction of a new supermarket of 4,645 sqm, cinema and 7 retail units at upper ground floor level with undercroft parking beneath. The scheme will also refurbish and upgrade the four existing retail units to the west of the site.
