Tenders have now been returned for the Affordable Homes Programme run by The Homes and Communities Agency.
The £4 billion scheme known as Delivery Partner Panel 2 will deliver new affordable housing it the North, Midlands, South East and South West areas.
The Framework will be for 4 years with up to 25 members. The award is anticipated to be announced in April 2013.
