CHIL LIMITED is expected to invite tenders for the construction of a CitizenM Hotel at Citicape House, Holborn Viaduct in London in December 2012 with a contractor being appointed in January 2013.
Work for the £100 million scheme will include demolition of building and construction of an eight storey building. Work is expected to start in February 2013.
