Macmillan Cancer Support and Brighton & Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust is currently inviting tenders for the construction of a three storey building to accommodate the Sussex Macmillan Cancer Support Centre. Tenders are due to be returned on 17th August 2012. Work for the £3.5 million scheme will also include the demolition of Rosaz House and Rosaz Cottage. Works are expected to start on site in October 2012.
