Detailed plans have been submitted, as part of a hybrid application, for a scheme by Gee 5 Limited, Asda Stores Ltd and Barlows Plc on land north of Spring Garden Road in Longton, Stoke on Trent.
This scheme comprises of an Asda supermarket, with a net sales area of 4,166sqm and a doctors surgery of 455sqm with 405 car parking spaces.
The existing units will be demolished. WCEC Architects are the architects who designed this £10 million scheme.
