Dransfield Properties Ltd is currently inviting tenders for the construction of a McDonald's Drive-Thru Restaurant at Lime Square Shopping Centre, Ashton old Road in Manchester.
Tenders for the £1.1 million scheme are due to be returned on 15th June 2012. Detailed plans have been submitted to Manchester City Council and they are currently awaiting a planning decision.
WCEC Architects are the architects and Kinsler & Partners LLP are the quantity surveyors. Once on site the contract is expected to take approximately 7 months to complete.
